John B.
Director of Studies
As Director, John will be responsible for managing for your experience at Berlitz Oxford. Before joining Berlitz, he taught English in Chinese universities, including in Anhui Province. He has experience creating independent study plans for learners aiming for an IELTS score.
Rob C.
English teacher
Rob’s background is in teaching languages through TV and video, working for the BBC to create videos promoting English. He has taught all around the world including in Japan, France and Austria. As a senior teacher, he is expert in preparing students for examinations.
Rob T.
English teacher
Rob is an English Literature graduate, with a passion for teaching one-to-one business English, group classes and IELTS preparation. Rob has recently spent 7 months working in Sweden and is currently learning to speak German with us at Berlitz Oxford.
Jonny K.
Local Intructional Supervisor
As LIS, Jonny focuses on our quality of teaching here at Berlitz. He previously ran a training centre delivering initial certification and in-service programmes to aspiring and experienced language teachers. He has additionally delivered teacher training in more than 20 countries.
Natascha D.
German teacher
Originally from Switzerland, Natascha teaches German at Berlitz Oxford. She studied German and History at Heidelberg University, and is currently reading for a DPhil at Oxford. She enjoys teaching a broad range of students, from complete beginners to almost fluent speakers.
All of our English teachers are CELTA qualified and native speakers of English.
